FEMTEC <\/strong>– Digital entrepreneurship for young women in Camp de Tarragona.<\/span><\/p>

With the Next Generation EU grants, EduFem is implementing the \u2018FemTech\u2019 project, <\/span>with the grants from the DEPARTMENT OF ENTERPRISE AND EMPLOYMENT <\/span>\u2018Next Generation EU – Grants to bridge the gender gap in the field of ICT\u2019.<\/span><\/p>

Duration:<\/strong> 1 year (September 2024-September 2025)<\/span><\/p>

Participants:<\/strong> Young women aged 16 to 35 from Catalonia, especially from the counties <\/span>of Camp de Tarragona. Between 15 and 20 participants.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1.<\/strong> To improve the employability of young women in the counties of Camp de Tarragona <\/span>through training in digital and ICT skills.<\/span><\/p>

2.<\/strong> To promote female talent in the technology sector, reducing the gender gap and <\/span>boosting their presence in digital industries.<\/span><\/p>

3.<\/strong> Facilitate job placement through training itineraries adapted to the needs of the <\/span>market and the connection with companies in the sector.<\/span><\/p>

4.<\/strong> Promote the creation of a sustainable digital start-up, led by women and based on <\/span>sustainable economic models.<\/span><\/p>

5.<\/strong> Create a support and mentoring network to accompany participants in their <\/span>professional and business growth.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
