EduFem’s staff and volunteers have diverse experience, ready to share their knowledge, skills and values in order to remove the obstacles women face in their egalitarian educational, work, political and social environment. The members of the association believe that people are the key element of our societies and communities, composed of the fusion of the knowledge, skills, personal and social attitudes of all citizens. Its diversity creates a fundamental economic resource for the needs of society as a whole.
Currently, the association has 4 workers and around 50 volunteers; for specific activities and initiatives, EduFem has a group of external experts to lead them.
Degree in Social work and a double Master’s degree in international relations and diplomacy. Expert in social policies, youth work and international relations with long experience as an educator in formal and non-formaleducational settings. Experienced in leading international working groups and coordination and implementation of international projects.
Graduated in language and literature and holding a Master’s Degree in Higher Education. Experience in coordination of international projects in the educational and social sectors, especially focused in team-management and multidisciplinary approaches. Expert in non-formal and informal education of adults and young adults. Expertise in NGO support and counseling. Advisdor as NGO internationalisation and digitalisation processes.
Psychologist and youth worker. Graduated in Psychology with special honours in Mental Health Psychology. 10+ years experience in the educational field, making interventions in all schooling stages. Especialised in academic profile evaluation and in emotional intelligence development programmes and students learning difficulties. 3+ years experience in Erasmus+ projects.
Social worker expert in Accompaniment, Prevention, Counselling and attention to the user. Experience in the public social services sector, especially in supporting and counselling newly arrived migrants in paperwork and bureaucracy and housing.
EduFem is a non-profit organization with the aim of offering non-formal and informal educational activities and programs to the community with special attention to vulnerable groups, mainly women and migrants.
