The project’s main objective is to help make workplaces within micro and small entities (businesses and non-profit organisations – MSEs) safe and inclusive spaces. It will develop a free online tool, the Diversity and Inclusion Awareness Tool (DIAT), for the self-assessment of inclusion needs by staff and managers of small entities. This tool will guide users towards personalised Learning Pathways (LPs). The approach will be promoted and sustained by a network of trained and certified Area Ambassadors (AAs) across the EU.
To enhance inclusion in micro and small entities (MSEs) through the use of free online awareness and learning tools, supported by a long-term network of Area Ambassadors.
The DIAT and the personalised Learning Pathways (LPs) will remain freely available. Workplaces with improved inclusion will contribute to greater staff productivity and creativity. The methodology will be promoted and sustained through the trained Area Ambassador Network (AAs). Other results include a blended training programme for AAs, the creation of a dedicated online space for the AA Network, and a set of recommendations for stakeholder networks.
